House of Joy (lodge) rental
3 night minimum stay
* $200 refundable damage deposit will be returned to you within 1 week of your stay if there is no damage.

To reserve a cabin, you will need to make a 20% deposit in order to complete your reservation. 20% of the total will appear on the payment page, unless it is less than 14 days before the date of arrival (in that case, a full payment will be required to reserve). You also have the option on the reservation page to pay in full. All payments must be made by 14 days before your date of arrival. Day Rental for House of Joy*

*You have the option of cleaning the House of Joy after your function, or let us do it for a fee of $50.
If you cancel your reservation by 3 weeks before your date of arrival, you will be refunded 100% of your payments.
If you cancel by 14 days before of your date of arrival, 20% of your total payment will be withheld.
If you cancel less than 14 days of your date of arrival, 50% of your total payment will be withheld.
No refunds if cancellations made within 3 days of your date of arrival.
